Receta: "Ruminez"

Y esta es la segunda receta para el Concurso de Coctelería Angostura 2010, de Martin Siska. Para echar un vistazo a la primera, pincha aquí.

"Ruminez"

Ingredientes:

• 30 ml ron Angostura 5 años
  
• 2 golpes de Angostura bitters
• 40 ml Martini rosso
• 5 ml licor de Maraschino
• 10 ml Punt e Mes

Decoración: cereza
Vaso: copa de cóctel/martini pequeña
Método: remover los ingredientes en un vaso mezclador y verterlo en una copa de martini fría.

• 2 drops of angostura bitter
• 40 ml Martini rosso
• 5 ml Maraschino liqueur
• 10 ml Punt e Mes

Garnish: cherry
Glass: small martini
Method: stirred into child martini glass
