Concurso Internacional de Cócteles Angostura 2010

(English bellow)

New cocktails contest by Angostura ®, using their rum and/or bitters. The winner in Spain will go to perform in London next october and then to the global final in Trinidad (Caribbean), besides a trip to their Distillery and partying at their carnival...

The only "but" might be the fact that they still impose IBA rules, with all the creative and protocol limitations, a bit antiquated, that we already know and among wich we hope the cocktail value itself prevails over your hand behind or the penalized beautifull, stylish free pourings, but hey, two nice trips for two nice cocktails isn't bad, is it?!
Furthermore, Angostura, apart from being one of the good ones, they treat us bartenders well.

So, for whoever wants to participate with their recipes, next septmber 5th is the deadline for emailing them to
