Bar Concept cambia su formación y abre nuevo Dpto. de mixología molecular.
Tal y como decía ya en un artículo de ParaSaber.com, entre otras cosas, la industria cambia y se desarrolla. De la misma manera que lo hace Bar Concept.
En ese mismo artículo os ponía al corriente de algo que repito aquí, solo por no dejar de actualizar las noticias en una plataforma propia de BC.
Miguel F. Lancha, servidor, y Tupac Kirby quedamos desde enero 2009 al frente de la antes conocida como Class Bar Concept (entonces un trío) con nuevo nombre: Bar Concept. Conservamos la esencia de Long Beach Cocktails e incluimos un nuevo departamento de consultoría y desarrollo de Mixología Molecular con la colaboración del gallego afincado en Barcelona Javier Caballero. Esperamos también una futura y próxima colaboración con otros mixólogos en esta modalidad (...).
En la sección cursos de nuestra web podréis informaros sobre los nuevos cursos que ofrecemos, esta vez separados para distintos niveles e intereses y profundizando en espirituosos y materia prima. Hay cara nueva también en quien imparte el curso de Flair; el gran y conocido Nahuel Frumboli, campeón de España y figura reconocida ya internacionalmente tras su paso por el Bar Academy de París, el Broadbar de Barcelona y varias competiciones en Canarias y Europa.

Just as I was saying in an article at ParaSaber.com, among other things, the industry changes and developes itself. And so does Bar Concept.
In the same article I mentioned something that I'll repeat here, just to make sure of keeping you up to date on a BC's platform.
Miguel F. Lancha -yes, me myself- and Tupac Kirby are, since January 2009, at the front of the formerly known as Class Bar Concept (a trio, by that time) with a new name: Bar Concept. We keep the essentials of Long Beach Cocktails and launch a fresh new department for consultancy and development on Molecular Mixology, featuring the galician settle down in Barcelona Javier Caballero, as our partner. In the near future we hope to count on new colaborations from other molecular mixologists, as well (...).
In the section courses of our website you'll find the latest training programs we're currently offering, now focused separately and for different levels and interests, going deeper on spirits and raw material. Also the Flair courses have a new face; the great and well known Nahuel Frumboli, Spain champion and an internationally recognized flairbartender after his performance at Bar Academy (Paris), the Broadbar (Barcelona) and competitions in Canary Islands and Europe.

Nice one fellas - it's great to hear Bar Concepts shouting on the web from Madrid. Looking forward to being kept posted on all your moves as you set Spain alight. It seems to me the Spanish bar scene is just waiting for someone to pull it all together before it explodes. Hopefully Bar Concepts are the men!
Hope to be drinking with ya soon guys - London Bar Show maybe?
