Iré publicando aquí por separado más recetas que he incluido en la nueva carta del bar del lobby del hotel Paradisus Palma Real, en Bávaro-Punta Cana (República Dominicana). Muchas de ellas recetas propias y algunas variaciones curiosas sobre clásicos.
Esta de hoy es en honor al Sr. Randall Grilz y su esposa Sharon, clientes habituales, pero sobretodo maravillosa gente, entusiastas de la vida, de fácil conexión humana, llenos de energía, comunicativos y receptivos a los placeres de la conversación y de lo gastronómico.
El planteamiento de elaboración es como el de un sazerac; enfriar el vaso (que una vez vaciado, llevará absenta rociado en su pared interna) y en otro aparte, remover los ingredientes. Pero este se sirve con hielo (poco, grande y macizo).
