Nos hemos hecho recientemente con un fantástico libro que cuenta TODO sobre el movimiento Tiki: el quién(es), el dónde, el cuándo y el cómo... Se trata de "Sippin' Safari — In Search of the 'Lost' Tropical Drink Recipes... And the People Behind Them", de Jeff Berry. Este mismo enlace os sirve para comprarlo (en Amazon.com) y leer sobre el autor, pues es su propia web.
Lo bueno: explica de todo y muestra recetas, tanto de cócteles como de ingredientes especiales. Lo regulín-regulán (para los que no estén muy puestos con el inglés): está publicado, efectivamente, sólo en inglés, que yo sepa. Pero ¡hey!, el manual de instrucciones de mi primera cámara grabadora sólo estaba en francés (que no es lo mío) y aún así me resolvió un montón.
Una publicación más reciente del mismo autor es "Beachbum Berry Remixed — A Gallery of Tiki Drinks", un compendio de recetas revisado y re-editado.

The good thing: it explains everything and shows recipes, for drinks as for special ingredients used in those cocktails, as well. The not-so-good thing (for those who are not well versed in English): it is, indeed, published only in english, as far as I know. But, hey!, my first camcorder's instrucctions manual was only available in french and still it did help me a lot.
A fresher publication by the same author is "Beachbum Berry Remixed — A Gallery of Tiki Drinks", a compendium of recipes, revised.
